Hello, my name is Noah Kuck. I am originally from Fargo, North Dakota. I spent my childhood in St. Cloud, Minnesota where I found my passion for birds and the study of Ornithology. I have been a part-time birding tour guide and I have guided hundreds of birders at festivals and private tours. My guiding business is called Soar Birding and Nature Tours. I have a passion for travel as well as I have been to Mexico, Ecuador, and much of the United States. I am currently a senior at Valley City State University studying Fisheries and Wildlife Biology with a focus in wildlife. I am also the teacher’s assistant for the Ornithology class in the wildlife department.
Going on this trip means a lot as I have been to southern Texas before along the Rio Grande Valley along and Mexico border. This trip will give me the opportunity to explore the coastal side and Texas Hill Country for a chance to see the Golden-cheeked Warbler and Black-capped Vireo. These are two high profile species that Texas is known for.
